Dave is THE BEST agent! He is so knowledgeable and has exceptional communication skills. More than anything, he's kind, helpful and supportive..he made a potentially (very) stressful situation a lot easier. Highly recommend!
We felt that Dave was well informed of all the processes and kept us up to date with all that was going on. He had our best interests at heart and displayed a genuine concern for our emotions during some difficult times.
Dave has the knowledge, experience and communicates with his client to understand needs and expectations in selling their property. He goes out of his way to delivery to near suburbs and other methods of advertising to get you the best outcome. For the state of the property market I think I got the best that I could under the circumstances, and if I had waited any longer I do not think I would have had a better outcome.
Dave was an awesome person to work with to sell our house. He is super friendly and inviting, making the whole experience that much easier. Would recommend him to anyone
I can recommend is friendly courteous and hard-working, and always answering your calls or text at any time of the day or night. And a quick sale made it even better
Dave was a great to deal with through the whole process. Very friendly, professional and went the extra mile with my purchase! Thanks Dave!
