SKAD Realestate false advertised this off the plan(completed property)as a normal property sale, Dave Singh the Agent concealed this information from me, he went as far as to tell me that the settlement will be in 3 months, recommenced a dodgy conveyancer to look into my contracts(Easy Link Conveyancing), the conveyancer apparently didn’t find anything wrong with the contract. Because of that I went ahead with my finances and within 2 weeks the contract was made unconditional. Only to find out shortly after, all the information Dave and the conveyancer withheld from me, when I started pressing them for answers due to the fact that the bank were asking questions around settlement date. It’s been a whole year now, and I can’t get a clear answer from Dave and the vendor about what is causing the delay, it’s got to a point where they don’t even reply back.
