I have had the pleasure of knowing Dave since he sold my first house in 2009. He is a personable, knowledgeable and very friendly bloke. He handles himself with complete professionalism at all times, and is never too busy to answer a call, or at the very least return your call within hours. The service provided by David Stockbridge is 'the gold standard' in real estate. Park Terrace was the 2nd property David sold for us recently, the first in Salisbury East over 13 years ago and we purchased Park Terrace from him too. He was with another agency at the time and gave us an outstanding service so we tracked him down to his current company, RE/MAX.. From the very start David responded to our request for an appointment to discuss the sale of our property within hours. The appointment and home appraisal was conducted within days, and the after taking his advise on how best to present our property, the house was on the market within a week. We had an open inspection every weekend bar one, and the times were varied to provide more opportunities for people to visit and visit again. The RE/MAX team were professional, personable, and nothing was too much trouble, nor did the view our constant questions as a problem. We have heard so many stories of agents who are enthusiastic in the first few weeks but interest wains if the house hasn't sold, and open inspections, particularly at weekends, either drop off or sellers have to push for additional 'opens'. Not our experience with RE/MAX the enthusiasm was constant and the feedback after every inspection was given verbally and followed up in writing...clear and concise. Their team approach and focused attention took all the anxiety out of selling our home and we felt truly supported I would highly recommend David, and his team, and will not hesitate in calling them should I wish to sell or obtain professional advice on property management.
