Disorganised, a clear internal breakdown from Areal
Terrible communication between their leasing agents and the seller’s agent. We purchased the property based on the fact that the property already had a tenant however it was only advised AFTER settlement that the tenant was vacating. We had to call to find out this information, no calls from them whatsoever advising us of the significant change.
This had a knock on effect that impacted our cashflow significantly. When we raised this we were given a generic “we will get back to you” response however again no updates, not even a holding response for close to a fortnight now. To add to this, we were advised to get the keys of the now previous tenant from their property managers last Tuesday however when we got there they said it’s already gone and that we already claimed it. What a waste of time and effort. How disorganised and what a disappointing experience!
