Being older, we don't have the knowhow to be organising the technicalities of today's computer-controlled environment, nor have the stomach to listen to self-grandiose salesmen who promise but cannot deliver. Dave gave us an honest appraisal of our property, did the painstaking work of arranging alternative accommodation for our existing tenants, advertising and liaising with clients. He was polite to the bargain-basement trolls and found us a keen and happy purchaser. Our role was simply to sign the appropriate documentation. Dave is not your run of the mill agent. He is more than just a cut above the rest. When someone is asked to go a mile with you and they go two you think wow. Dave being the rare person that he is will go five or ten miles with you. He is unassuming, quiet, kind, helpful, generous and there are so many more compliments that he well deserves. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to do little things that other people will not do for you. And sometimes it is the little things that count. Don't get me wrong there were big things Dave did for me for which i will be eternally grateful. I certainly believe he is one of the kindest most giving persons I have ever met. This brief review does not convey all the good that this man is or does. For you to understand that you would have to experience it. Use his services in the capacity of selling agent and then you will get a small snippet of what I am trying to say. My wife and I spoke with a number of other agents about marketing the property, they were either loud or rude or obnoxious or pushy, all the things you don't want in an agent. Dave on the other hand is none of those things. As a result of our experience we now have a fantastic new friendship that we treasure very much. Great job Dave. He will always be our agent from now on.
