Dave was very knowledgeable about the local Rockingham house market. He kept me up to date with the whole selling process and was always very courteous and professional towards myself and my tenant who was renting my house whilst it was on the market. He got me a price I was very happy with and was always very open, honest and fair with his dealing with me. If even helped me get the right people to get retrospective council approval for some additions which also help me get a better price for my property. Thanks again Dave.
