David has proved his ability now for the third time in as many months. The first was a bottom of the market price and sold within 4 days with the 2nd one on 2 blocks selling within the first 4 weeks. This property we have just sold was top end of the market on waterfront with david selling at the 3 month point. This was a difficult sale as other agents had undersold numerous houses in the street just to move them on due to various reasons of divorce / old people moving into homes /bank repossessions/ and deaths. This created a false market value but he stayed strong and we where happy with our final sale figure. Davids back up team in the office where very courteous and good comunicators with us knowing at all times what was happening. Originally we obtained aprox 5 apraisals on how ,where ,and their predicted sale cost for marketing the property and when we advised some of the agents that we where going with David Tidbold we where shocked that some of them showed bad blood towards his approach and ability.
