We could not recommend Dave high enough. He and his team were completely on the mark in every aspect of our sale, from the initial price range to the final amount gained at auction. Dave had a fantastic knowledge of the Sylvania Waters area in past and recent sales and really knew what he was talking about which gave us great confidence. Unfortunately for Dave this was our first experience at auctioning a property and were were always one the phone with questions etc. Dave was always available to talk with us and always answered honestly. Dave went above and beyond with his marketing of our home. Just as an example he was there at 5.30am with the photographer to capture just the right light for the sunrise. He was hands on all the way from marketing, photography and styling. Dave kept us up to date with daily updates through property performance, campaign and listing reports as well as calls and texts.
