Dave went above and beyond with his marketing of our home. Just as an example he was there at 5.30am with the photographer to capture just the right light for the sunrise. Dave knows the Sylvania Waters area after spending years in the shire. He backs up his knowledge with an energy to produce the best results he can. He is energetic in his follow up with people who have viewed the property. His reporting back is immediate following inspections. Any requests are dealt with in the minimum of time.
