Our names are Jack and Marina and our 2 and a half year old son Milan, upon moving to the sunshine coast from Melbourne, we began looking for a house to call home, after settling for peregian springs, which we thoaght was the most beautiful community on the sunshine coast, we began looking at properties to purchase, after seeing roughly 20 or so house we came across 48 sandhurst crescent, which we went to see immediately, upon Arrington at the home, we were greeted by Dave on a very welcoming manner, and made us feel like we knew him for years, he took us on a tour Of the house, offered advice on buying the property and was very attentive to our needs in a home, after seeing the house we fell in love with the property and had to make it our home.
