2 open houses - and strong pressure on an interested buyer (outside of hours mind you!) led to the sale of our unit in just over two weeks when others in the complex have sat on the market for months. David's realistic and logical view on the market meant everything was transparent and easy for me to understand. There was no cutting corners, I never felt like he was giving bad advice and he was always listening to what we wanted and needed in terms of outcome and made sure we planned/goal set around that. His photographer was professional - the signage and marketing was quickly arranged (great quality, easily and efficiently!) and he always answered my curious questions being a first time seller. he even turned up for those two Open houses in the pouring rain - and a buyer wanted a mid week late night view during the week which he accommodated (and it sold to them!) he was so flexible. I was so stressed before deciding to list the property... I can't believe how smooth and easy it has all been, I really can't (still pinching myself). Guess it all comes down to having the right agent! I highly recommend David - if you are being offered a small discount elsewhere trust me it isn't worth it (others in my block have terrible advertising worse photos by other agents who are clearly on the cheap) Invest that tiny "discount" into a quality agent. I'm so glad I did!

We're so impressed with David's work that we can't praise him highly enough. We've been clients of his for years, first with our rental property and then selling our houses. He was fantastic. His communication, his honestly, and his negotiation skills, his knowledge of the market, his proactivity, and frankly his interest in us all combined to to achieve a result for us that was better than we imagined. If we were to sell again, why would we bother going anywhere else? As buyers ourselves we were seriously messed around by other Real Estate agents and when were were selling we could see that he wasn't like that with our potential buyers. Like I said, we can't rate him highly enough, but I'll leave with this last impression - he's just a very lovely guy. Don't trust your property with anyone else, it's just not worth it.
