David was wonderful to deal with, from the very first call about a particular property, through to the successful purchase of that same property months later! David was always honest and reliable, he was open with information and the process - considering the restrictions that covid presented. Dave is a real champion in the old knights-in-armour sense - he went into battle for us and we came out the winner. Many agents, when presented with 10 offers (yes, 10!) would have advised us to take the top unconditional offer (which was very good) - but for Dave that was just the start of an intense round of negotiations with all 10 buyers. The end result was an extra $72,000. Having bought and sold with other agents, I can only think of one other (and she is now retired) who would have got us that $72,000. It must have taken enormous stress and effort on Dave's part to get us this result, but there was no stress at all for us - just an outstanding result.

HARD WORKING , PASSIONATE, GREAT COMMUNICATOR. David has to be one of the hardest working and most passionate agents that we have used to sell any of our property’s and we have sold a few ! . He obviously loves the industry and property. His enthusiasm and knowledge of the market is second to none. He leaves no stone unturned and makes a point of following up with everybody who came to an open for inspection, all email and all telephone enquires. He was also contactable any time and if we couldn’t get through to him he always made a point of promptly returning our calls. During the normal course of the sales campaign both Dave and Krista also made a point of contacting us at least twice a week to provide updates and progress on our sales campaign and feedback from the online marketing which we found very informative and encouraging. He impressed us with his hands-on approach and the way he took the time to familiarise himself with all the fine details of our home. We found David to be very approachable and easy to talk to. Selling is a stressful time and fortunately for us we chose David as he made it as calm and stress-free process as possible for both of us in these Covid19 times.

You will not find a harder working agent! David left no stone unturned, nothing was ever a problem, he was very resourceful and he’s communication was excellent.
