Prior to selecting and engaging David as our selling agent he was very helpful and informative. He appeared to have an excellent market knowledge, which proved correct, he gave factual information, but while being proactive in seeking our business was not "pushy" or annoying in any way. David was very helpful in advising us on preparing our property for sale, recommending us to an excellent interior decorator. We took his advice that for our property, auction was the best method of sale. Marketing was very important to success - David was very knowledgeable and helpful in planning the advertising campaign. The open inspections organised by David and Daniel went very well. A combination of Saturday, Sunday and Thursday evening open inspections and a number of private inspection brought about 60 groups through in total. David and Daniel were always on time and unobtrusive to us as possible. The weekly written reports on these were very helpful in gauging the progress of the campaign to determine if any additional advertising was necessary - as it turned out there was no need for any. We chose to have an in rooms auction at Ray White office in Rowville on a Saturday at 3:00pm. There was an an overflow attendance of probably more than 150 for the 6 properties auctioned. This brought genuine buyers or at least people really interested in the market. The result was quite a lot above our hoped for amount. We thoroughly recommend David Armstrong and Daniel as an excellent team, very friendly, helpful, and thoroughly professional and going beyond expectations - putting in that extra which really made a difference for us.
