David was a pleasure to deal with - professional, efficient and no games. After a number of poor experiences with other agents and agencies, transacting with David was easy. He has excellent knowledge of his core area and has a great way of being able to deal with both parties on either side of the contract.

David sold our townhouse within a week of the first home open and was able to negotiate a price we were happy with. I never thought the whole process would be so smooth, David Is very respectful and a pleasure to deal with. He has vast experience in the area and a large range of contacts which he was able to utilise to sell our property. I will be using his services again and thoroughly recommend him.

David was very pleasant during our purchase, we welcomed his understanding and communication, notwithstanding professionalism which has been developed over years of experience.

David gave direct and informed advice at all stages of the buying process.

Easy to deal with and straightforward in his actions. Although I was a very small buyer he still went out of his way to help me and was generous in sharing his considerable local knowledge.

Very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Has a good way with people.
