We first met David at an open inspection, and were very impressed in the way he showed us the features of the apartment. We then stayed in contact, and saw a number of apartments with David as our representative. David then knowing what was important to us in looking for an apartment, rang us one day, to say he felt he had found an apartment that we would love.....and we did, and put an offer on it the day we viewed it, with David's help in negotiating on our behalf.
