Found David good to work with, he has an honest and fair approach to dealing with potential buyer and was able to answer many queries in a short time with urgency. David represented the seller well and certainly supported the buyer with his intimate knowledge of the district. As a buyer from a regional QLD location, it was difficult to facilitate inspections etc. however David's support was very welcomed and responded typically within a day. I would recommend David at any time.
