David takes every step with me during the whole sale process, he's been working hard and committed to delivering the best outcome. He's organising well with our property manager for home opens. I have to say very little stress through the whole process.

David was asked to achieve this sale in a difficult market (unit prices down 5% in a sentiment of over-supply) and in the 2 months prior to Xmas. He was able to find a purchaser, negotiate an improved offer from the purchaser, and persuade me to lower my expectations for a sale price. He also assisted me in hanging onto the deal when the purchaser proved to repeatedly change their position regarding the "unconditional" nature of the contract, in a set of frustrating manoeuvres. David to very well to achieve this outcome, and he knows the market well. He also takes great photos!

David was great. We met him at an apartment inspection in the CBD when we were looking for a place to buy. The place he was showing was way too small, but when we told him what we were looking for he offered to show us a place in Southbank that wasn't even on the market yet. It was exactly what we were looking for and we made an offer right away. As recent arrivals in Australia we had a little trouble with the financing but David put us in touch with a mortgage broker who worked everything out for us, and now we are very happy in our new home.
