With David living in and selling allot of the homes in the estate we knew his track record of selling in the area was top notch. We contacted David late Wednesday, by Thursday David came over, we had a chat and a honest valuation we were happy with. The following Monday we unofficially put it on the market by Wednesday we had it under contract only for the sellers to fall through however by Friday we had it under contract again with additional 10k. our sale price ended up being within 5k of the valuation which we were very happy with. through all the process David was contactable at just about any time day or night, we ended up signing the official sale contract at 9pm, that's service

The few interactions we had with David were pleasant, he is very personable and easy to get along with. He's professional and can "talk the talk". There wasn't anything terrible about our experience, nor was there anything outstanding. Overall, I felt David overpromised and underdelivered. We were led to to believe our property would sell quickly and over asking price, but it took a while to sell and the final price was slightly lower than what we were hoping to get.

David's committed approach was exemplary. We felt that David had our best interest at heart and was supported throughout the selling process. We were listened to and he did everything in his power to facilitate the sale of our house. David informed us of the interest that his suggested promotional approach generated and followed up on those inquiries; these initial inquiries resulted in our house being sold which pleasantly surprised us much sooner than expected.
