Didn't deal with David, but dealt with Nadene. She was good with communications. Sale is still awaiting settlement. Only downside was a delay in communications caused the property to go under a multi bid scenario even after price had been agreed. Worked out ok in the end.

Nadeane was great if she did not ring us we would probily have missed on the buy but the dock sign system is wrong it cost us $900 on a diffrent property please feel free to call me about it
