Our house was listed for a very long time nearly 2 years all up. The market is very different at the moment and our type of house although a wonderful house was not what the market was looking for. In the end David found a buyer and took care of the requests the buyers had to successfully negotiate a contract. As we have a family David was able to find a suitable house for us to purchase and although it was a difficult 2 months with problems from everywhere else ie banks and solicitors David and Amy were able to work effectively to ensure that the properties were settled.
