Fantastic Agent

Our house was listed for a very long time nearly 2 years all up. The market is very different at the moment and our type of house although a wonderful house was not what the market was looking for. In the end David found a buyer and took care of the requests the buyers had to successfully negotiate a contract. As we have a family David was able to find a suitable house for us to purchase and although it was a difficult 2 months with problems from everywhere else ie banks and solicitors David and Amy were able to work effectively to ensure that the properties were settled. Would highly recommend David as an agent.
