Good to deal with

David was very open about the vendors expectations and as he was working towards the best interest of the seller, he quite helped me with my queries in short span of time. Overall, it would have been good to get the deal of 2 properties which i initially started with and be in a win win position for both myself and the vendor. Overall it was not bad to deal with David !
