David has never returned our call. Matt however was fantastic.

After David didn't return our call we rang Matt. Matt was very helpful as were buying the property remotely. He showed the property to my children and via video. He always returned calls and text messages with the information we required. I would recommend Matt to anyone who wishes to purchase property in the Rockhampton region.
