Very happy with David and the team at Belle Property, Neutral Bay. David is an excellent communicator, and very client/outcome focussed. Despite a softening market, David achieved a very credible result and worked hard to get a successful outcome. David has a financial services and Real Estate background as I understand it, and used this background combination to good effect.

Purchasing a property through a blind auction process can be difficult however David made the experience as smooth as possible. David was respectful, transparent and responsive in his engagement with us and ensured information was conveyed in a timely manner. David was more than happy to help iron out some of the fine details after the exchange of contracts and worked to ensure that a smooth transition between vendor and purchaser was achieved. We would be happy to work with David again and recommend him as an agent.

In a changing market i believe it is crucial in selecting the right agent and i couldn't be happier with my choice. David kept me well informed throughout the campaign and managed to negotiate a premium result, achieving a unit record for my street! If you want an agent that you can trust who will work tirelessly to get you the best result then choose David Benjafield from Belle Property.

David is a professional, dynamic and results driven agent who went above and beyond to successfully sell my property. David always had my best interest at top of mind understanding my requirements. He was very diligent with high levels of engagement every step of the sale process communicating with me updates as well as providing market intel and guidance which lead to meeting my expectations in the sale.

David was a true professional, who was transparent, open and honest from our very first engagement. David went above and beyond to sell our property and has communication throughout the process was second to none. David was highly informative and walked us through the process step by step and ensured we felt supported and comfortable every step of the way. I could not recommend David highly enough.

David was a pleasure to deal with during the purchase and settlement process. He has an indepth understanding of the market on the lower north shore and is able to communicate relevant dynamics. I would recommend David because of this knowledge, his follow through and proactive and approachable communication style.

I would recommend David, he has great knowledge of the local area and the apartment he was selling. I was impressed with the Belle team, they have a thorough and personal approach.

David is very professional in his approach. A warm genuine person, who took pride in his role as our agent. His communication was great, we always knew exactly what was happening when contracts went out and what people thought at our open house inspection within an hour of them closing. His calm manner was alway appreciated. We never felt like just a number. I couldn’t recommend David more highly.

We chose David as our agent as he was genuine and honest in his approach at all times. Our sale took longer than expected due to the change in market conditions however David's commitment didn't waiver and he always took the time to update us regularly and offer new strategies to encourage more buyers through the house. We also appreciated that he would turn up 15 mins prior to the open house times and often stayed back if buyers were still looking through the property never rushing off to another open. Our 2 border collies also enjoyed David's arrival each week! Would have no hesitation in recommending David to other vendors.

Well communicated, prompt and smooth exchange, quick to respond to queries and to give any updates.

This is the second time we have had David as our agent and again he has achieved another excellent result in what is a tight market. David is very professional yet friendly and knows the market inside out. He kept us fully informed during the whole campaign which was really appreciated and was very accommodating at all times.

I interviewed several Agents from several companies before choosing David Benjafield to manage the sale of my property. I made the correct choice. Throughout the campaign I was impressed by David's enthusiasm , grasp of the situation and attention to detail. The process of sale was accomplished in a most competent and efficient manner. Most importantly,, in every respect, David displayed absolute and complete ,mprofessional integrity. A fine young man.
