From the get go, I knew I was in professional hands. Every stage I felt very comfortable and it was because of his team, was competent, committed and the outcome, showed that. He achieved well over what I expected at a very fast rate. On the first showing, several offers and from that viewing it sold within a week. It’s because David new what all the houses were selling for. What people right now are looking for. He has them on his books. So before you advertise David had several people came from his books. So being realistic about price, as he was,I still had a mind blowing profit. Very neat and clean sale. That is not most of my experiences with buying and selling many places.
