The Team at MGM Martin did a fantastic job selling my investment property. I had long term tenants who moved out and left the place in a very average state. The MGM Martin team of Peter Tun, Lukas Margaritis & David Bettini stepped up and helped me arrange all of the trades to get in and get the place ready for sale. This saved me so much time and energy. David lived up to his promises and the apartment was sold with 3 short weeks. His market knowledge was very comprehensive and he acted in a very professional way. I would certainly recommend David and the greater MGM Martin team.
