MGM Martin know the local market and specialise in apartment sales which is the reason I chose them. The apartment sold quickly and for a great price. David Bettini was very knowledgeable and professional and kept me well informed throughout the process. MGM Martin provided all the real estate website data throughout the campaign and I was kept up to date with regular phone calls. The team did a great job!
It has been a good experience buying through MGM Martin.
There is no doubt that David Bettini and team at MGM Martin are the market leaders in Zetland. They know the market, they have the contacts and provide an unbeatable client experience. I am absolutely delighted with my selling experience and the record price we achieved in less than 2 weeks. A special mention to Peter Tun who went above and beyond - from beginning to end. Highly recommend David and team if you are looking to sell or buy in the Zetland area.
David and his team were great from the outset. I had little time to make a purchase, but David was instrumental in getting a quick sale at a good price and in an awesome location. MGM Martin were always available for my queries and even since the sale have been very helpful with all the steps that come with buying a property. They made what should be a stressful time not stressful at all!
David was a great. communicator and kept us in the loop throughout the purchase journey
David got me an unbelievable deal for my first house and I could not be more grateful. Best negotiator skills ever! Thank you so much David!!
I had a great experiencing buying my property through David. The negotiations were fair, and I didn't feel like he was leading me on just to get an extra few thousand bucks from me. Things felt straightforward and honest, which is certainly not the case with all agents. David and colleagues were always responsive to my messages, and quick to give me access to the unit when I needed to inspect it further, which I did a few different times. From a buyer's perspective, would recommend.
As first time home buyers, we were extremely anxious and a bit lost at the beginning of the process. David showed incredible patience and understanding, he guided us through the intricasies of the process ensuring that we had all the information we need to make a decision. He also supported us through offer and negotiation process and shared valuable advice.
Great experience with MGM. Thank you David and Peter! A good sale result in a struggling market. Highly recommended
David and his team organised the refurbishment and sold my apartment in the minimum of time. I was very impressed with the management of the refurb, the styling, the marketing and the quick sale of my property. I would highly recommend this team. Highly professional team that got me the result I wanted!
David and the team at Martin property did a fantastic job selling our property in a flat market. Highly recommend and would use again in a heartbeat.
David has the biggest database in the Zetland area, so our first open had around 30 groups come through - David led the negotiations to get us a better than expected result
