I enjoyed dealing with David for the sale of our unit. From the beginning there was an understanding of a joint objective, David and his team got to work and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Very professional, to the point and efficient. Highly recommend.
David is very knowlegeable and experienced and settled my nerves in an unpredictable market. We sold off-market and got the price that we hoped for. Thanks to David and his team for an amazing job. Highly recommended.
David came highly recommended, and from my initial meeting with him I could see why. And excellent operator, knew the local market, highly experienced, guided me through the process, and instinctively knew the the best approach to get the best outcome. Honest and open communicator.
I contacted David and the team to sell our unit, and David provided an in-depth study of the market, comparative properties and what prices they achieved in the market. On the basis of this we set out a stretching but achievable sales price, and David helped identify ways to improve the marketability of the property whilst also looking to sell without incurring big upfront costs. This was very helpful and I felt like he wanted to achieve the best outcome for us
Thank you so much in helping me sell my unit. You were very professional, easy to talk to and beat my expectations on selling price.
Excellent local knowledge. The team took care of all the logistics and facilitated a quick sale at a good price. Would recommend to anyone selling in the Zetland / Green Square area.
David was instrumental in the speed with which we acquired our new home. There when he said he would be, knowledgable about the property and its immediate environment and taking us through a myriad of questions. It was a pleasure to work with him.
David is the BEST agent with extraordinary performance and expertise in the area. Highly recommended.
David is second to none with his knowledge and experience in the Zetland area. David and Jamie and the MGM Martin team coordinated tried and trusted trades people to prepare our property and achieved a great result with the sale. David and the MGM Martin team made the whole experience effortless and stress free and we will definitely use their services again in the future.
David and Peter made the whole sales process as easy as I could ask for. They took care of everything from repairs, renovations, styling, photos and marketing. Extremely professional and very organised. Thank you.
We are extremely thrilled to have unbelievable price as building record! So grateful for David’s professionalism, dedication and efforts! This was the second time David sold out our properties in Zetland with extraordinary outcome! We highly recommend you David and his team!
David obviously cares for the vendors. It was easy to contact him and organise viewings. All in all, the process has been smooth sailing.
