I recently sold my Zetland property with Martin Property. David and the team provided great advice, presented the unit immaculately and helped me get a quick and easy sale. Having now bought and sold with David and the Martin Property team, I would highly recommend their services.
Exceptional customer service, knowledgable and friendly. Highly recommend.
I have dealt with many agents and David is the one I felt the most comfortable with. He is helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. He has been advising me along the way during the process with his unique, open and most importantly professional and enjoyable attitude and approach. Definitely a five star agent!
Didn't expect much joy in a slowing market, but got a great result less than a week after going to market. His advice paid off for me.
David and his team worked hard to get a result for us in a very tough market. We were very happy with his marketing strategy and the end result. We would use him again.
In a market that is getting harder as each day goes by, I am absolutely thrilled with the result that David was able to achieve on the sale of my apartment. He was extremely knowledgeable when it came to crucial elements during the campaign, both in regards to Buyer behaviour and trends in the area. Never one to shy away from important conversations, Dave also said what needed to be said and this assisted significantly in my ability to make an informed decision. On top of this there was never a task or question that was too hard for him to handle. You would be dead set crazy not to appoint David Bettini and the team down at Martin Property for the sale of your home!! Thanks again guys, really appreciate everything you did for me.
I would like to express my big thanks to David, Jamie and Peter. They are very professional and good time manner in replying any of my question or request. I highly recommend the team to be your right choice if you are looking for buying or renting a home :)
