From the start we had interview couple of real-estate agent; when we first met with David we knew he can sell our apartment with the price we are looking for. The market wasn’t that great and it’s the buyers’ market. Your jaw might drop in his concepts; however, trust David in what he says. We mentioned the number we wanted, he gave a bit more than what we ask for. Peter was great! He kept us up to date and informed every step of the way. In my opinion David and his team had a slightly different approach to selling. We saw quite a few properties represented by them, and never once felt pressured or intimidated. To me, this stood them apart from a lot of agents representing other properties.
