If you want an agent who tries very hard to convince you that his property is the best in the market or bug you everyday about making an offer, DON'T talk to this guy :P Jokes aside, David is a very professional agent, only tells you what the truth is. Never bluff about something he is not sure about. After weeks of inspections for my dream apartment, I found most of the properties that I was interested in were listed by him - and I have high standards. He had been very responsive with emails/calls/texts, so my offers were negotiated/accepted after only two business days of inspection. So everything was done efficiently with neither delay nor mistakes. And David only provides you with the accurate/necessary information. I would highly recommend David as an agent for both buyers and vendors.
