Always available and flexible with odd hours and emergencies. 3. Sound advice on what will produce results. No hidden agendas. 4. Not pushy and always honest. I did not find any misleading information or behaviour which would be a big no no for me. 5. Apartment was sold in one week which means that he is active in the market.
