David helped the reviewer sell this property

Outstanding result in a tough market

David did an exceptional job with the sale of our apartment in Zetland. The timing wasn’t easy: the market was slow, and several friends advised us to wait, as their own properties had been on the market for two to three months without finding a buyer. David was confident from the start, and he proved it. He secured a buyer after just two open homes, which was far better than we expected. His market knowledge, honesty and clear communication made the whole process much less stressful. We’d highly recommend David to anyone thinking of selling, especially when market conditions aren’t in your favour. — Rebecca
