Surprised and pleased!

In a difficult market we were surprised and pleased to have sold our house in 32 days at a price we were happy with. David recommended some really capable tradesmen to fix a few things around the house. His stylist was wonderful. By the first open house, our place looked great. He helped us to think realistically about what price was reasonable, so negotiations were fairly stress free for us. I don’t know what we would have done without David and his off-sider Felicity.
