He certainly doesn't worry about "Business Hours" and was always happy to answer texts and calls at any time. Being interstate buyers unable to physically view the property ourselves, his video walk around and drone images certainly helped confirm our decision. To be honest i wasnt impressed with the way the property was managed. I believe due to incorrect information key handover was delayed by a week. I dont feel i should have been the one to chase up handover of keys with old owner. I also feel that while david was great in person there was a lack of communication and communication via text instead of more proffesional emails. I would have liked an oportunity to take the milestone "sold sign" photos before the sign was taken away. But this occurred prior to me recieving the keys.
David will sell a house and then wipe his hands of you. Does not not get back to you and forgets to tell you important things. Iām not impressed with David and I would not pass him on to any prospective buyer or seller.
David had a vast understanding of the location and property, answered all my question and did not leave me second guessing. He always kept me updated giving me the confidence to progress through the buying process.
