Very prompt, worked hard on open houses and got a result in the end.

David took well over a year to sell our house with our asking price dropping over $20000. When we finally did get an offer he then proceeded to fight for the price drop again in favour of the buyer. The buyer then questioned the set up of our fire alarms in which David knew that the new legislation does not go into effect until Jan 2022 and also tried to get another $1000 out of us. I knew we were compliant with current legislation's but still had to go and prove this again to him and the buyer at our cost. Sorry but do not recommend David to sell your house.

A sole Agency agreement was signed 3 days prior to David leaving on holiday for nearly 3 weeks. He called from the airport to tell me he was leaving. I would not have signed a sole agency agreement had I known that he was going on holiday. No other Agent worked on the sale during his absence whatsoever. No contact was made from the Agency. No viewings occurred. I waited 6 weeks to receive an offer in writing that never eventuated based on David’s assurance that it was being made in 3 weeks time, then apparently in a further 2 weeks time and then another week. An incorrect Sale Agreement was used which had to be legally rescinded by my lawyer and a new contract signed which took a week to complete.

Have sold 3 properties now with David and could not speak more highly of him . He has a great network and repore with his sellers and buyers , honesty about telling his clients how it is . Consider David a friend now and will use exclusively on future transactions
