Well done David. It just goes to show there is no need to pay ridiculous fees some agents charge to obtain the sale of your house in an un-stressful manner. Due to the nature of the sale it took longer than normal but at no time was there any pressure from David to reduce the price to make it easier for him, much appreciated.
