Twice in 12 months!

When we engaged David to sell our family home, he predicted a sale price above what we thought it would fetch and were very pleased when the final price was exactly as he predicted. Family circumstances required us to sell again a year later and, without hesitation, we contacted him. Again, his prediction of sale price was in excess of what we thought and again the final price matched his prediction. His suggestions in advertising and promoting the houses were spot on for both occasions. The first house was on a large acreage block and the second was on a small block in an estate.
