When a window opened up in the Covid travel restrictions, I hopped on a plane and managed to get the ball rolling with David. I felt very comfortable with his handling of the build-up to the sale and valued his experienced input on deciding on the way we should sell and the best way to market the house to attract the most interest. David provided contact details for solicitors and staging agents and we were very happy with their performance too. We selected an auction as the quickest way to ensure a sale and were pleasantly surprised with a pre-auction offer, which was negotiated upwards by David to a final figure we were happy with. When the sale was finally settled, I was back home after 2 weeks managed isolation.
