When first considering selling my investment property I decided to have a wander through the local area to determine if there were many proprties for sale. I noticed there was a fairly common theme in the For Sale signs & that was David Brewer & Force Realty. I carried out a few checks online & it appeared David & his team have a very indepth knowledge of the area. I then contacted David to discuss an appraisal & the process of selling a property. As I live in the Pilbara region all correspondence was carried out via phone & email. Davids intimate knowledge of the area & realistic prices were evident in his appraisal.His appraisal price was spot on what I believe the property was worth. David was very pro active & hands on when it came to recommending/ensuring the property was fit for market presentation & made some suggestions on minor finishing touches to the gardens etc that he carried out himself.
