We bought our investment property in 2014 from David Brewer. He has been responsible for rental management since, and in April 2024 sold it on our behalf. Throughout all aspects of the original purchase, rental and sale processes, David has displayed exemplary behavior. During those 10 years he was always polite, professional and honest. David also provided good, sensible advice when required and was hands on with a couple of difficult problems and tenants during the rental period. The recent sale process in particular was extremely pleasing. A very good offer and acceptance was negotiated within a week of requesting David list the property for sale, with settlement 4 weeks later. Furthermore, the sale price was bang on David's initial assessment. During the settlement period David arranged all the necessary inspections, miscellaneous repairs and associated access required from a demanding, difficult tenant without any complaint or bothering us with details. All for a very a reasonable fee. You can't ask for more than that! Accurate sale price assessment and settlement in 5 weeks from initiating the process, with absolutely no fuss to us.
