We had been on the market with another local agent for 3 months. The communication we received from them was poor, no feedback, every time we called them they said they had nobody interested in our property. After the 3 months we contacted David at LJ Hooker and signed up, the very first day we had 2 couples through and the following day a further 3 including one from the previous day who made us an offer.
