He was very realistic and a straight talker in terms of current market conditions, what I could expect for my unit, and how he would manage the sale if engaged. Throughout the sale he kept to his word, always keeping me informed on progress and what I could expect at auction. The financial result itself was very pleasing (selling slightly above reserve at auction), but the fact the whole process was managed so smoothly by David to minimise my own stress is an outstanding outcome.
