I found David Buttel head and shoulders above other agents as he responds quickly and directly. I’m sure he keeps the vendor’s interest top of mind, but I would expect this. He obtained quick instructions from the vendor. Although this is a ‘commercial’ transaction, it matters to me that respect is shown and that the vendors role as executors is handled sensitively.
