I had 2 Healesville local agents come to value my property as well as David. The first agent valued my property at $30,000 less than David sold it for and the second agent valued it at $20,000 less than David sold it for. When David gave me his valuation I told him that I didn't want an elevated valuation range for him to get the listing, he assured me that he believed that his valuation was accurate for the property. He stayed in constant contact with me and had a contract right in the middle of his valuation range in "8 DAYS" from when the listing was signed. He believed that we could have held out for more but it was a CASH Unconditional contract so I agreed to take it after he managed to negotiate up another $5000 for me.
