From my experience with david I can say honestly that he is a rare combination of unscrupulous AND bone idle , if given the choice again I would gladly take a lit match to my property before listing it with david , not only did he incorrectly advise me to delay listing my property then fail to sell it, when I was forced to take matters into my own hands and find a purchaser myself , he went against my clear direction and requested additional funds (without my knowledge) jeopardising my sale and “in my opinion” breaching contract. I know real estate agents aren’t know for being moral but this dude is a doozy,

David and the team were there for us every step of the way answering every question we had while also guiding us through as first time sellers. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

These two clown obvious didn’t realise that ring doorbells also record audio , on the first inspection the comments about potential buyers as they left left me in shock , still claimed there “commission” even though they had zero input the sale - do yourselves a favour and give this chancer a wide berth

David provided excellent service from beginning to end. He took control of what would have been a stressful situation for us. He organised everything including the massive cleanup the house needed, inside & out. Everything we asked for was looked after. Highly recommended!
