Being a 1st time buyer in the inner west I was very pleased to meet David. He is very helpful and always willing to share his knowledge which is handy for me as I am a new resident of this area. He nearly always answers his mobile and if he doesn't he will get back to you as soon as he can which I appreciate as I have found that alot of them don't. Our little house in Annandale was being rented through Cobden and Hayson when we moved overseas. David contacted us when we decided to sell and was able to explain the whole process clearly and with no fuss, he helped us find a solicitor and liaised with "Home Dressing" who furnished the house in order to best display the property. In short, living overseas meant we were so disconnected from the Sydney property market that we had to place all our faith in David, we took on board all of his advice with regard to marketing and strategy and within a very short time the property was sold and at a great price.
