David has exceeded our expectations. Having dealt with agents in Sydney, Macarthur, Shoalhaven, Riverina and Central Tablelands regions for many years, David has provided us with the best service, advice and communication bar none. He has gone above and beyond with the sale and tenancy of our property and provided a service other agencies should emulate. I couldn’t recommend David Chapman and Agent Chapman Real Estate high enough.

I couldn't have asked for more from an agent when buying a home for my family. David was professional, honest, had the answers to all of my questions and didn't make me feel pressured or rushed which makes all the difference. Thank you David for making this purchase a lovely experience.

I have had extensive dealings with RE agents from a very young age. Hands down David is the best I’ve experienced. He was always contactable and kept me in the loop. He arranged and attended a repair that was missed in the initial walk through, with no fuss. He was a great negotiator and I was over the moon with the great deal he got me. David also went above and beyond with contacts for builders and handymen. I happily recommend David Chapman to anyone buying or selling houses in Bathurst.
