My late husband and I bought and onsold several homes from as far afield as PNG to Tasmania and since he passed 19 years ago I have bought 3 homes myself. Only 4 agents have been standouts, Bart in Tassie, Susan in Caloundra, Yvonne in Moreton Bay and now David Charge from Coastline Wide Bay Burnett. Some agents just instinctively know the property you are seeking. David is a very astute agent. I inspected only one property with him - the one I signed a contract on that same day.
