David assisted us with the sale of our property after we moved overseas. He was extremely helpful in this regard, looking after the property, collecting our mail, coordinating with the interior stylist and communicating with us directly during the negotiation process. We had planned to go to auction but received some early offers which were close to (but not quite) our target price. Over the next couple of weeks, following our instructions, David helped us to negotiate a better offer and we were eventually able to accept that offer - $5k over our target price - instead of going to auction.
