Poor customer service

-David was 35 minutes late to an appointment which we had made. He did not call me to tell me he was going to be late. I called him after 15 minutes of waiting. What makes it even worse is that I work about an hour and 20 minutes away and as such needed to leave a meeting early to make it in time for the appointment which was convenient for David. When he arrived, his excuse was that he needed to pick up his brother and drop him home. He did not seem at all fazed that he was 35 minutes or that he had greatly inconvenienced me. -He also told me the incorrect amount for the deposit bond. He forgot that a price had been negotiated. I had to call and inform him of the correct amount -Each time I spoke to him on the phone, he didn't know who I was and I needed to remind him what property I was purchasing
