He is the most patient man I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He has been so helpful in his patience trying to sell my crappy old house. BUT HE DID JUST THAT. He is wonderful in looking for another house in the area I needed to be as since I had my accident I am unable to do some small things for myself. My son has to travel to my place every 2 weeks to help me. David is an important asset to Ray White. I just can not fault him. I know he will be successful in finding a house to suit this fussy old woman with a walking stick. In an area close to my son. I have every faith in him to do his job well. As a first home buyer the inspection, offer and contract process can be daunting and David was patient and understanding from the get-go. Communication was direct and prompt (a welcome change from the normal real estate fluff) and this continued from the first point of contact through to settlement of the property. The property we purchased from him was a wild card that wasn't very high on the inspections list but he rang and rang and rang until we agreed to view and it ended up working out.
